Type A申请者通过中国驻所在国大使馆或总领事馆申请中国政府奖学金。使领馆接受申请的时间一般是每年11月至次年3月，请注意提前査询。填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》时，选择Type A ,并在“申请院校”一栏的第一志愿填写“首都经济贸易大学”，机构代码10038。
Type A applicants apply to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General in their home country. The period for the embassy and consulate to accept applications is usually from November to March of the following year. Please note to check updates in advance. When filling out the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form", select Type A and fill in " Capital University of Economics and Business " as the first choice in the " Application Institution " column, with institution code 10038.
Type B 通过首都经济贸易大学申请，申请时间为11月至次年3月。
Type B applicants applyto Capital University of Economics and Business from November to March of the following year.
